Patricia Brooke is the founder of Juniper Executive Search, a boutique executive search firm serving family offices and closely held private enterprises.

A former Microsoft technical recruiter and senior technology executive, Patricia brings a dual perspective to executive search — combining rigorous talent assessment with firsthand experience building and leading high-performing teams. She understands the distinct demands of family office environments, where leadership decisions require trust, cultural alignment, operational excellence, and absolute discretion.

Patricia partners closely with principals and senior stakeholders to define roles with clarity, evaluate candidates with discipline, and guide hiring decisions designed for long-term success. Her approach is grounded in careful listening, strong judgment, and a respect for the unique dynamics that shape privately held organizations.

Her career began in competitive technical recruiting at Microsoft during a period of accelerated global growth. She later moved into product management and senior leadership roles across technology and healthcare — building teams, overseeing executive hiring, and advising founders and boards through periods of growth and strategic transition.

Patricia divides her time between Seattle, Washington and Bend, Oregon. Outside of her professional work, Patricia enjoys photography, travel with family and friends, and time in nature.
