Before we identify a single candidate, we invest in defining the role with the precision it deserves: the responsibilities, the temperament, the decision authority, and the qualities that won't appear in any job description.  We then work with our extensive network to find the right candidates for your organization.

We begin with the principal and senior stakeholders. Through a structured discovery process, we develop a thorough understanding of the role, its scope and success criteria, decision authority and escalation preferences, and the cultural and personality fit the environment requires. The goal is alignment on what the role truly demands before the search begins.

We conduct a targeted search across relevant talent pools, drawing on a network built over three decades across family offices, private enterprise, and institutional leadership. Candidates are identified through trusted relationships and a proprietary database. Each is screened and vetted for experience, judgment, discretion, and alignment with the specific environment they would enter.

We present a curated candidate slate (typically three to five individuals) with candid assessments of each. We develop interview questions and evaluation criteria, coordinate interviews, synthesize feedback, and support finalist selection and offer considerations. We remain available through the transition to ensure the placement holds.

Juniper works on a retained basis, reflecting the depth and confidentiality each search requires. Engagements are structured in phases, with transparent communication at every stage. We also provide compensation benchmarking to ensure the role is positioned competitively within the market. Most searches are completed within 10 to 12 weeks, though we prioritize precision over speed. 

90 Day Guarantee

Engagement Structure

Every placement is made with a 90-day replacement guarantee. In the event of a performance, or fit, related separation within that window, we will conduct a replacement search at no additional fee. We stand behind the quality of our work.
